Männerhaus Barber Shop – Cancellation Policy

At Männerhaus, we value both our clients’ time and our barbers’ schedules. To keep everything running smoothly, please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

1. Pre-Payments
• All pre-payments for appointments are non-refundable.
• Payments are only transferable if you contact us 24+ hours before your scheduled appointment time.

2. Rescheduling Appointments
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly by calling 0151 394 4884 or via our social media channels.
• We will manually amend your booking on your behalf.

3. Mistaken Bookings (Within 24 Hours)
• If you accidentally book an appointment less than 24 hours before the slot, you must contact us within 30 minutes of making the booking to request a change of date/time.
• After this window, the normal cancellation terms will apply.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and all no-shows will be fully charged.
• Payments in these cases are non-transferable.
